Experience the power of our huge Shire horses as they accelerate up the old Rocky Roads and across the rolling Dartmoor countryside! This Carriage Ride will take you through the old Ford in North Bovey and along the old byways and down the ‘rocky road’ where you’ll take in the idyllic scenery of Dartmoor. This is a truly unforgettable and exiting experience!

Not only is this a wonderful outdoor experience for all ages, it also directly supports the Shire horse breed through commercial work in harness which is so vital to the survival of this rare ‘at risk’ breed of working horse.
